The monitoring of the health of the employees is done by medical services authorized by the Occupational Medicine.
What makes the difference between us and other occupational medicine offering services is the fact that EURAMIS team is multidisciplinary and hence it takes part in risk assessing with doctors, engineers and psychologists who closely analyze each work place.
The occupational medicine control ensures that workers have all the clinic, biological and/or para-clinic examinations that HG 355/2007 requires. Further examination and emergency medical assistance can be offered on demand.
Types of medical examination (as per the current legislation):
» Medical examination upon employment
» Periodical medical examination
» Adaptation medical examination – it establishes work abilities for employees who are subject to proven or potential work risks.
» Adaptation medical examination – it establishes work abilities for employees who are subject to proven or potential work risks.
» Reabilitation, reorientation and professional reabilitation after incidents at work.
After the medical examination the worker has an employment medical examination chart, which states that the worker is:
» apt;
» conditionally apt;
» temporary inapt
» inapt.
The medically relevant information is also obtained through the permanent collaboration with the family doctor of each worker.

» we introduce the international protocol to use in emergency medicine;
» we train the staff in using various pieces of special medical equipment.
is part of the selection process after recruiting and it is meant to prove whether a candidate actually has the abilities and the right attitude as to successfully achieve his work requirements. There is no specific legal regulation for this, as every employer wishes his candidates increase the value of his company.
However please keep in mind that this type of examination is compulsory for certain jobs and professions, such as in the case of:
» decision making staff (a public clerk who interprets and applies the law);
» professors and teachers;
» medical staff with medium or superior training; educational staff;
» working in high places;
» working in noisy places;
» working in isolated places;
» night shifts;
» working in electric fields;
» working in electromagnetic fields;
» handling toxic and intoxicating substances;
» working underground.
and also in the case of:
» foreign citizens working in Romania;
» employers who drive autovehicles of the compny or of their own for the company and during their working hours, or who drive them in between their home and place of work.
The periodical psycho-ability examinations
can be done at various time frames: twice a year, every year, once in two or three years, taking into account the requirements of the specific job, of the employer's option, of the occupational physician's requirements, but also of the legal stipulations for the paticular job description mentioned in the evaluation upon employment
