(1) The prevention and protection measures to be taken through the use of the means under art. 14. inside the enterprise and /or the unit are the following:

1. identifying and evaluating the risks for each component of the working system, i.e. the performer, the job assignment, the equipment and environment for each particular job or work assignment;

2. elaborating and actualizing the prevention and protection plan;

3. elaborating specific instructions for filling in and/or applying the health and safety at work regulations, taking into consideration the particularities of the assignments and of the unit/enterprise, as well as those of the job itself;

4. suggesting the assignments and responsibilities with respect to the health and safety at work for each worker, in accordance with their positions, which are to be mentioned in the job description, with the approval of the employer;

5. checking that each worker knows and applies the measures in the prevetion and protection plan, as well as his/her assignments and resposibilities with respect to the health and safety at work, as per the job description;

6. drawing up a file with technical information for training workers in health and safety at work;

7. elaborating the topics for all training phases, establishing the adequate periodicity for each job, ensuring the informing and training of the workers in health and safety at work and checking that the workers are aware of and apply the given infromation;

8. elaborating the training-testing program within the enterprise and/or unit;

9. ensuring the drawing up of a plan for severe and iminent danger, as per art. 101-107, and ensuring that all workers are trained to apply it;

10. keeping an evidence of the high specific risk zones specified under art. 101-107;

11. establishing the areas that require signaling health and safety at work, establishing the type of necessary signaling and its placing as per the stipulations in the Government Decision no. 971/2006 with respect to the minimal requirements for the signaling of safety and/or health at work;

12. keeping an evidence of the jobs and professions in that particular legislation which require an authorization;

13. keeping an evidence of the jobs  which require extra medical examination;

14. keeping an evidence of the jobs which, at the occupational physician's recommendation require employment medical examination and/or periodical psychological exam;

15. monitoring the functionality of the protection systems and devices, of the measure and control equipment, as well as of the ventilation systems or of other noxa control systems in the work environment;

16. checking the functioning of alarm, warning, emergency signaling systems, as well as of the security systems;

17. informing the employer in writing on the deficiencies observed during the control and suggesting precaution and prevention measures;

18. drawing up reports and/or lists required by the Government Decision as per art. 51 line (1) letter b) of the law, including the ones that refer to asbestos, vibrations, noise and temporary and mobile work sites;

19. keeping an evidence of the work equipments and seeing that the periodical checking and, if required, the periodical testing of work equipment is done by competent individuals, as per the Government Decision no. 1.146/2006 on the minimal health and safety requirements with regard to the workers' use of work equipment;

20. identifying individual protection equipments necessary for each job assignment in the enterprise and drawing up the necessary with respect to the required work equipment for each worker, as per the Government Decision no. 1.048/2006 on the minimal health and safety requirements on the use of the individual safety equipment for workers;

21. checking that the individual protection equipments are being properly maintained, used and kept and that they are replaced at the given time frames and in the other specific situations mentioned by the Government Decision no. 1.048/2006;

22. taking part in event processing as per the competencies mentioned under art. 108-177;

23. drawing up the evidence as per competencies under art. 108-177;

24. drawing up reports concerning the work incidents of the workers within the enterprise and/or unit as per the stipulations in art. 12 line (1) letter d) of the law;

25. checking that the requirements of the work inspectors are upheld, after the control and processing of events;

26. collaborating with the workers and/or with the representatives of the workers, with the external prevention and protection services, with the occupational physician for the coordination of the protection and prevention measures;

27. collaborating with the assigned workers/internal services/external services of the other employers when several employers work in the same work place;

28. seeing that the warning plan, the protection and prevention plan and the eviction plan are periodically actualized;

29. suggesting sanctions and stimulents for workers, on the basis of them respecting the health and safety at work requirements;

30. suggesting the introducing of riders on the health and safety at work in work contracts signed with other employers, including foreign employers;

31. drawing up a necessary of material means for these activities to be done.
